Brought home our new Mach E today. We had previously installed a 220 line in our garage. Outlet has power but won’t charge the car. We tried the 110 line and the car is charging—slowly. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I assume you are using the Ford portable charger. I would suggest trying again on the 240V and ensure the 240 plug is fully inserted into the EVSE. Do you get any indications on your EVSE? Have you programmed your location into your Mach as a charging location? I would also have an electrician verify your 240V outlet is wired correctly. Any chance you programmed a charging time and you plugged in outside that time? Just some thoughts.
