Hi - new owner. Upgraded from Nissan Leaf. Charged my new Mach-E with our home 220 volt charger at home no problem. Busted out the Ford charger and plugged into work 110 volt and nothing lit up, says "plugged in not charging" in FordPass.
I don't see anywhere in the app where to turn charging on? Can I do this remotely or do I need to go back to the car and figure out why it won't charge on the 110 volt. Was hoping to charge at work every day I can.
thanks and sorry I searched posts but didn't find much.

It's possible that you set the hours of charging for your car based on your home location, and therefore it's not charging at work. You can setup parameters for the work location, AFTER you charge there once.

You should see a Charge Paused on the home screen, with a Details button. Click on it, then Charge to 100%. GIven it's 110 it won't make much of a dent though.

Some progress - uplugged everything and reattached - the Ford charger lit up so probably was the pigtail. Looked promising - then got back to my office and says "charging paused".

You should be able to click on Charge to 100%, but can't due to the message above it. I have the same message right now, and since I am plugged it an at home and that should be lit up, I'd say it's ANOTHER FordPass issue. You should be able to enable charging at the car.

And you should bring your phone with you...

Thanks! Think I'll tackle this at home first - will plug into the wall and figure out in the car what is going on. In the meantime will just use 220 volt at home. Think I'm the only one in my parking garage plug row with Mach-E so far.
