2021 Ford Mustang Mach-E GTPE
I recently purchased a 2021 GTPE with about 31k miles on it about 5 weeks ago from a dealership. I have driven about 1.5k-1.7k miles since I got it

Yesterday I got a “Reduced Powertrain Malfunction / Reduced Power” error. I had just left my house when I got a service soon. Right before the service soon alert, when the car first turned on, I saw an alert came up but it went away very quickly. Something about Pedestrian safety? Not 100% sure because it appeared and disappeared very quickly.

I drove about 15 mins to my destination and nothing happened - car was driving fine. It was when I got to my destination that I noticed the “Reduced Powertrain Malfunction” had appeared on my app. When I went back home the alert came back up again after about 30 seconds.

I’m bringing it in tomorrow morning to a Ford dealer to check the alert. However I was wondering what was wrong with other people’s cars when this alert came up? I’m nervous since I just got the car and have loved it / have had no complaints since this. I’m also not driving it until I bring it into the dealership which is pretty close.

If it feels like it only has 1/3 power while driving it, it's the HVBJB.

I wouldn’t disregard that it might be the 12 volt battery not having enough power to close the contactors.
