Premium Connectivity (yeah I know)

OK so I know there are threads on this from last year, but I am sharing what happened yesterday.

I don't have Premium Connectivity, never have, but recently notifications to add it has shown up on both my Fordpass and Lincoln Way apps. I have ignored them. I have Alexa Built-in subscription, and was using it yesterday just fine, but when I mistakenly said "Tell me about..." before I even said what I wanted she said "You need Premium Connectivity for this request." I tried a couple more of the standard request like I normally do and they worked fine, but every time I started with "Tell me about..." I was interrupted with that message.

So I'm wondering what I am missing with Alexa by not having Premium Connectivity ?

I just went to my connected services, while my Alexa Built-In is "Active", when I manage it there is no option for renewing or editing the card or canceling. So I wonder if that service has now just become part of Premium Connectivity.
