I have had MME premium for 3 years looking to change probably be 2024 ex demo as some good deals in UK. Originally not interested in GT as I stay in whisper most of time and could not see point BUT my one criticism of MME is harsh suspension The new GT comes with mangoride have read that in Whisper this is quite soft would it be an improvement ?

I went from a rwd premium to a gt, the magnaride is nice but I'm not sure it's a big enough deal. But I didn't have problems with the ride of my premium. THe little bit extra performance is nice but not a deal maker.

I would get the GT but instead of the summer performance tires I'd put the all weather versions on instead. Same size, just a quieter slightly softer ride. Like the Pirelli P Zero All Season Plus Elect, or the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 AS.

As someone who has owned both a GT with Magneride and a Premium it's worth it to get the GT. With one caviot, where I live the roads are exceptionally bad and the premium was too harsh for me. If you live where the roads are nice it's likely not worth it unless you want the GT speed and handling

I put cross climate 2s on my GT, love them.

If you buy the Rally version, you'll get them in 19" instead of 20, which should be softer if you're after that

Ugly rims though.

The Rally tires are also narrower. It does not handle as well as the GT on pavement due to tires, ride height, and tuning. It is more compliant, so if you want a softer ride, it’s a better choice than a GT. If you want a car that hits the pavement hard, the GT is the better choice. It’s all in what your preferences are. ?‍♂?
