Preset seat positioning not loading

My preset seat position that's loaded on my profile doesn't consistently load. I only have one profile on my car and it's tied into both my key fob and phone. Not sure what else to do, I want to keep the easy entry and exit on. But that seems like my only option unless anyone else has an alternate solution. Anyone else having similar issues?

I've had my key fob with me and obviously my phone as well. Should i unlink one or the other from my profile?

First try with one then the other.

On the one not setting the seat. Set it to driver two.
