Has anyone recently taken delivery on a car with a transition PCO?
Was it stacked on top of the new discounted price?
Was it deducted from the ORIGINAL price?
I was told that my 2022 to 2023 Prem AWD SR PCO was $6,000 (I was also told it was $6,500!!)

I am interested to hear from people who have taken delivery & exactly what they got and what the PCO was deducted from.
I have a 4/8/22 order, was built 12/22/22 and was just shipped today (3/31/23). I am wondering what price I'll end up with.
As it stands, I get different answers from Ford, from my dealer and from the voices in my head!

FYI, if you take delivery after 4/17/23, you'll get 1/2 the tax credit, assuming you make it on the income restrictions.

I plan on leasing, so i will only get "hurt" if I end up ditching the Mach E and go with a brand (like Tesla) that credits you for the rebate on a lease.

They don’t give you the full rebate when you lease so you’re getting “hurt” right out of the gate if you buy before the deadline.

Look into Ford Options.

I wouldn't qualify for the rebate, so I do not beleive that Ford Options would be benificial.
As I understand it, I would only get any benefit if I leased from a company, like Tesla, that deducts the rebate from the price of the car when figuring the cap cost on a lease.

The way I understand how it works:

New '23 lower pricing (discounted $4000 for Premium) minus the difference ($2500) PCO = '22 pricing.

Those that got theirs between the short window of Feb 1 - 15 got BOTH the $6500 + lower price ($4000). So they double dipped until Ford caught it and changed our PCO to $2500.

Your new PCO is $2500.

To confirm, ask your dealer to pull up Smart VINcent and ask them what the certificate value is.

So at the end it's '22 pricing no matter how Ford got there with intermediate price drops.

Was told by dealer manager in early January that PCO expires at end of April?
I ordered in March 11, 2022 (3/11/22) and was notified by Ford email that the car has shipped (4/1/23). With the tax credit reduction, unconfirmed interest rate, increase in D&D from 1100 to $1500, and a possible reduction or expiration of this PCO it has been a year but still too many unknowns.
