Problem with Charging Window

I have had my Mach E GT for over a year, and several times recently, the charger has not worked properly. I plug the car in outside the time window programmed for charging, and the Ford App then says charging is supposed to be completed by a certain time in the early morning...which is correct. But, the charger then never comes on. The only way I have solved the problem is to completely delete my home charging location on the car, and then just plug in the car to immediately have it begin charging. Any idea what may be causing this new problem?

Some other info might be helpful. What type of EVSE? Programmed in car or EVSE? (Not both I hope)

I think it's a Ford issue. If I hadn't of woke my Lightning up last night, ten minutes after my scheduled charge was supposed to start, by pressing the door unlock button in FordPass, my Lightning would have never charged. It's happened a couple of times.
