My ford pass app will not update on my Samsung s21. When I attempt update it says "something went wrong try again". I have tried multiple times with the same result. I have restarted the phone with no change. I uninstalled the app and now it will not reinstall. When you push the install button it goes away for a second or two and reappears and will not install. I went to the ford pass trouble shooting website and tried all of their suggestions to no avail. I called my carrier, att, and although they had me try everything, nothing has worked. I suspect I need to call ford support, but of course they are closed until monday.
Was hoping some of you tech geniuses might have some ideas how to rectify this. Thanks.
