Hi Everyone,
Yesterday while driving my center screen rebooted. I stopped to grab some food and when I turned the car back on my profiles (we have 3) no longer load at start up and I cant manually select any of them. There is no way to edit them since they cant be selected. I have researched and tried all the usual tricks. Rebooting the screen, hitting the memory buttons so on. Nothing works. I have never had this issue before but know several people have, im a long time reader of the forum. This car has been perfect since day 1 for me. Any ideas? Im up to date on OTAs last one was July. One odd thing I happened to click on the ota screen and for a half a millisecond it said - update failed then flipped back to Successful for my last update.
