Profile Setup Issue

I am the excited new owner of a GTPE.

I am having an issue where every time I turn on the car it says "Let's complete your profile" and asks me to continue, ask again later or delete profile.

As far as I can tell I have completed everything for my profile, but it keeps asking me this each time.

Anyone have ideas of what might be missing or how to fix this?

Have you checked the instructions in the manual built into the car's Sync 4A system?

Maybe give it a go and just hit continue and see what it says? Do you have phone as a key setup and linked properly to the new profile?

Thanks - I realized that for some reason its trying to setup a second profile for me. not sure why but its asking me to pick a second button on my seat presets. so I went through the process and then deleted this second one and that seems to have solved it.
