Profile sync issue

My MME has had my profile set up for nearly nine months and randomly I noticed my radio sets were gone. After further investigation I noticed that my profile is showing up, but the car is staying on default. I click “make active profile” but nothing changes. Phone as key works fine, but it no longer displays my profile up at the top. It’s almost like it’s stuck on default mode. 2 weeks ago it failed the 1.7.1 update and the car has been pretty glitchy since. Anyone else seeing this? I hate to delete and add everything.

Try hitting the door button that corresponds with your profile.

Also, make sure your Phone is added to your Profile. Mine was not, and I had the same issue.

my profiles in my car always get messed up for some reason, pushing the door preset button fixes it.
The biggest issue that I have is that e routine I use the remote start and get into the car it pulls up my wife’s profile every time. Ironically it does the same thing to her. We have both attached my phone and key fobs to our profiles. I have tried removing my phone and turn re-pairing it to the profile but no luck. Anyone has any thoughts?
