I searched this forum for anyone else with this problem but can't find anything. I just got my 2022 Mach-E last Wednesday (Ordered in July 2021). I set everything up as instructed on the Ford.com vehicle dashboard. Went into Connected Services and enabled BlueCruise. It says Trial Expiration Date 04/19/25.
I assumed I was g2g and tried testing it Thursday through Today but it just never kicks on. Adaptive cruise, lane centering, and "Hands On" all work fine. I was thinking maybe it's the roads I'm driving on, but was thinking that the major San Diego Freeways would be mapped. I was able to verify that my interstates (15, 8, and 5) should be working.
I went to my "About SYNC" location in the car and noticed that it says "Hands-Free Driving mode available through 14-03-2022." So I'm guessing that this is the reason it's not ever actually coming on as the car thinks it's expired.
Has anyone seen this? I tried ford chat support, was told to call, did so, but their specific BlueCruise "In Car" support team was not available.
