Profiles There But Lost

My 2022 Mach E GT display went completely blank while driving, and then slowly (but partially) recovered. No profile will now display. When I choose profiles, all I see initially is the “guest” profile. But if I press that, all existing profiles show up under the “Change” category. But when I press one of those profiles, I hear a beep but it will not change to the profile. All that continues to be displayed is four dots where the profile letter is normally displayed.

As such, I had to create one audio menu with our preferred radio stations pre-selected.

Does anyone have a suggestion other than deleting/re-entering profiles or performing a software reset? Thanks.

Have you tried rebooting sync? Press next track button and volume down at the sane time and hold until the screen goes blank snd starts the reboot process. That usually clears out any oddities with the s teen.

create a third profile, name it Test or something like that, I had this bug about a year ago, can't believe it's still in the '22s, all my profiles started working normally again after I maxed out the profiles and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks. First suggestion regarding rebooting sync had no effect. BUT second suggestion of adding third profile DID work. Who knows why, but will take it. Thanks so much!

That’s crazy that the bug is still there! Wonder if there’s a way we can report it? It was in very early sync versions too! It must not be known about
