What was the source of the continued pings?
fordpass-ha was the culprit, despite a password change and having the app disabled. A patch was released last week which seems to have fixed thing mostly. I have suspicions that problems continue to exist, but I'm not certain if the issues are at Ford, with the fordpass homeassistant integration, or some issue with my local network.

Did you get your account unlock. Mine was locked last Tuesday. Still waiting.
I did, I un-enrolled on Friday night, called Ford back and they had me unlocked within about 30 minutes. They said it would take 3-5 days, but then it went immediately!

I too have been locked out of my Ford.com account due to the error: CSIAH0320E.

Spent 30 minutes on hold with Ford's customer service number but no one ever answered. Got on the chat support and got a response after 20 minutes.

The agent did confirm that the issue is with 3rd party apps like Optiwatt. Was told to delete the app. He started a case for me and said that someone will contact me 3 to 5 business days. Finger crossed.

I really like using Optiwatt though to track how much electricity I am using to charge my car. I hope the two companies will play nice with one another soon.
Update: No reply from anyone from Ford via email or call but I did remove my Mach-E from OptiWatt. Today, my account was restored and I am able to log back into my Ford Pass. Happy for now but still want OptiWatt to work with my car!

Update: No reply from anyone from Ford via email or call but I did remove my Mach-E from OptiWatt. Today, my account was restored and I am able to log back into my Ford Pass. Happy for now but still want OptiWatt to work with my car!
If you haven't already, you should reset your password ASAP.

Well I talked to a customer support manager at Duke energy. That’s what they told me.
It's even possible he believed that was true. Maybe.

I chatted online with them they said they would call in 3-5 days, saw you post and called and they said they cant do anything but someone will call me.
Well, no one called me. But I did get the IBM security email that stated my account was re-enabled...

I did that last night, but they told me it would be three to five days. But, what's your definition of "resolved"? I still want to use the public API and adhere to the FordPass terms of service just like I already was, without being locked out again.
Resolved in terms of my account being disabled. Now whether you can go back to using the public API and NOT get blocked? that's a risk you may decide to take. I've disabled the services on my side as I value my Ford account over the relatively not useful information I got from the services anyway.

Even though we don't usually read them, these *seem* to be the relevant portions of terms and conditions that Ford is enforcing that we accepted when we created a Fordpass account
This may be the case, but Ford should have NEVER locked us out of features that we paid for. Lock us out of our accounts on ford.com, fine. Stop me from doing X, Y or Z features that I paid for and that are only accessible from the app, nope. Not a smart move.

Didn't say anything about paying extra. Just paid for. It was a feature on my window sticker and included in the price.

Remote start
Lock/Unlock the doors
Control the windows
Control the truck/frunk
Horn and lights.
PAK

None of these features should every be "taken" away. I paid for them when I bought my car. Ford should have some other method of linking our accounts to our cars.
