Wow, nice! I guess Ford is getting better at communicating with customers. ? Since placing my reservation I have gotten two communications from Ford Corporate. The first one was confirming the reservation. The second one was the chip hold email.Thanks for the information. I was wondering if the dealership would let you know something but I'm really not sure what their role is in all this, to be honest. When I changed the color this morning I asked the guy if he had done this before (I've had mine six months and I have not seen another one in the area). He said they had ordered a few but none had come in yet.
But he called me back this afternoon and said they made the change and that I should be getting an email confirming it. And I got an email this afternoon saying my order had been changed (the price went up because of the Cyber Orange).
