I have a 2023 Ford Mustang GT Mach e. Can this LFP battery be charged to 100 percent or should I stay between the 20 low to router login 80 high charge?

LFP batteries can be charged to 100%. NCM batteries should be charged to 80-90% normally, occasionally to 100% is okay,

Does the GT have the LFP? I thought that was only on the select?

Select or Premium with a SR battery. GT's only come with a ER battery and they aren't LFP.

You don’t have an LFP battery.

Ford recommends you not charge above 90% on a daily basis. 100% is fine for occasional long trips. The battery is happiest living its life closest to 50% SOC. Personally, I charge to 80% daily but I don’t hesitate to charge higher when it’s needed.
