Radio Station Tile Missing

I apologize if this is in a thread somewhere. I tried searching before posting and did not find anything with this specific problem associated with the infotainment center.

This morning when I started my car to go to work, my radio station display did not show up (it was displayed when I turned the car off last night) and was showing my Apple CarPlay on screen. Then when I looked below at my tiles to select the radio, the radio station tile was missing. I have not been able to locate any help with how to find it and activate it again. The odd thing is that my radio was playing through the stereo system and could change channels and volume with the arrows on the steering wheel. Any advice or help is appreciated.

Press the voice button and say “Tune xyz “ where xyz is a Sirius station, like “First Wave” or a radio station, such as “104.1”. You’ll have the radio on the main screen and when you switch to another app, it will shrink to a tile.

try swiping left on the tile area and see if it is hiding off the screen.
OR
swipe down on a tile to remove unneeded tiles.
