Gents,

Part one was in the beginning to middle of December now part two comes end of February. Same problem. The dealer says they did a bunch of module updates when they did it the last time but low and behold here I am with another problem that i'm 99% sure is related to the LVB. I'm going to have to find a way to push it out of the garage since at least this time I was home. I looked up the ford manual on how to get it into emergency tow mode but the last time, the rear breaks were still locked and it dragged itself onto the flatbed. What did I miss?

I'm so unbelievably angry right now. @fomoco help?

Well since it’s stuck in your garage, could you hook a charger up to the 12V battery to see if that helps?

Doing that now. I let it charge an hour on 15 amp but now I’ve changed to stop now message instead. I can see the 12v is at 50% or so.

anyone have experience with towing. I did the procedure with tow mode but the back breaks locked up still. What did I miss.

Did you press and hold "emergency tow mode" until it acknowledged it was on? You still have to put the car in neutral, too.

I believe so but I’ll make sure. I tried disconnecting the negative and charging the battery but now I’ve changed from the original message to stop now. Does that mean the HVB is now a problem?

dealer came back and said it'll be march 22nd before my parts come in despite the "rush" order on the parts. I love the car but this is already strike two and no more than 1 month apart i've had problems. Anyone else wondering if Ford really doesnt have this right?

Turns out the tow truck has also tore a nice hole in the battery casing underneath. I know there was a thread about ford saying they wouldnt replace it and going back and forth with what to do? Anyone point me in the direction of that?
