Randon deep sleep mode activating when it shouldnt.

As the title, my mach e has gone into deep sleep mode now a few times when IMO it shouldnt.
The car has been driven 100 miles that week, charged to 90% and not below 40%.
For example today, partner gets home, parks up, car goes into deep sleep within an hour. Charge 72%.
Did it in the rain a week ago, car been driven, charge fine, deep sleep in a couple of hours.
It had gone about 10-14 days without going into deep sleep mode under exactly the same condition, ,driven every other day, charge pretty much the same
To me it doesnt sound like a 12v battery fault but what do i know.

My 2023 premium does the same thing every once in a while; it has went into deep sleep mode 3 times since I got it in December 2022. My 2022 select has not went into deep sleep mode ever; I got it in July 2022. I checked my 12V SOC each time on my 2023 and it was 71-73% each time. HVB SOC was in the low 80% range each time. I had our dealership check 12V battery and it was fine. It has been about 2 months since the last time it did it. Each time 2023 had been driven almost every day that week.

You might need a TCU update.

I don't think it should go into deep sleep unless 12V battery is below 50% SoC or has been sitting several weeks.

Happened to me 3 times in one week early this month and then — ? — stopped. No idea what I had done differently to prompt it
