Rattle advice needed…

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced this rattle. It comes from under the driver’s feet. 2021 Premium ER AWD with about 47k miles. When I last took this to the dealer they gave me the “we can’t replicate this” line and sent me away. I’m hoping someone knows what this might be so I can tell the dealer where/what to focus on for an actual diagnosis.

This rattle occurs while going over any kind of uneven roadway. We live in the Midwest so have our fair share of rough roads, but we’ve never taken a serious dip into a pothole, nor has the vehicle been involved in a collision. Smooth pavement, there are no issues. Yes, I checked to ensure that this noise was not my sunglasses or any other kind of cargo.

Good afternoon! Feel free to send us a private message with your VIN and dealer info and we’ll look into this rattle concern further. Thanks!

Yikes. Good luck with that.

Can you feel it under the drivers foot when this happens?
(Not a broken spring, the car would inches lower on the driver side if it'd broke)
Possibly upper strut mount/bearing. Good thing is they're like $60. Bad thing is it's the same labor as replacing the strut due to the same amount of work.
Off the top of my head I'd think:
Swaybar mount (they're rubber and can break, but also the mount can move if they're not tight, there's a lot of torsional force on these bars) This sound would be way forward of the feet.
Swaybar end links.
Strut bolts (up top the 4) This sound would be more directly in front of the steering wheel, not down low
Broken brake pad (if it sounds to the left of the driver)
Also tire not torqued enough. The rotor chatters It sounds like something breaking off the front end. (easy fix for you if you have a 20mm / 13/16ths socket. These are 150ft lbs.
Can you replicate next to a wall so you can hear if it's a metallic sound rather than low pitched rubber or plastic?
Oh and also the front areo diaper bolts across that area below the feet. A loose bolt there or mossing bolt can be this noise as the diaper flaps around.

Thank you for the reply! Yes, you do kind of feel this under the foot when it happens. It’s not terrible, but noticeable.
We did recently have new tires put on, but the rattle predated the tire change, and there was no difference after the new tires were installed. I went back afree driving 50 miles or so to have the torqued checked and everything appeared normal in that regard.
I’ll take these ideas to the dealer when I go next week. Sincerely appreciated.

What ever happened with this? Assuming it was bad CVs/axles?
