Where is this on the European models? I thought it was law but haven’t seen it in photos

It's in the same place of the reverse light.

Don't you have fog lights in North America? I was surprised MMEs in Europe don't have front fog lights at least as an option.

Could this be activated with a euro spec light switch and Forscan?

Ach, there it is. I could not find it because mine is not working. I will have to check all lights, I suppose.

Could this be activated with a euro spec light switch and Forscan?
So I just installed and activated a Ford of Europe rear fog light. Credit goes to German member Su-ch+mache who kindly looped in a German non-member - this non-member was instrumental in decoding the appropriate Forscan code mod (beyond what Forscan already has for the Mach E and a rear fog light).

Total parts cost = about $460... seems like a good chunk but it's well worth it if it prevents even one rear-ender in bad visibility conditions IMHO.

Parts needed:
- A Ford of Europe reverse + rear fog light housing, about $158 + shipping.
- a Ford of Europe headlight switch with a rear fog light push control button, about $218 + shipping.
- a Ford Motorcraft pigtail for the Euro reverse light (3 wires and a differently keyed plug), $53.
- 25 feet of 20-gauge stranded automotive wire, $6 or so.
- two Ford Motorcraft female pigtail connectors, about $25 for five-pack (or FordPass points).
- one Ford Motorcraft male connector, (I sniveled for this and got it free ;))
- several zip ties, Posi-Lock or tunnel crimp connectors, and heat-shrink tubing.

Labor: it took me one day once I got everything and cleared my calendar. Longest time-sucker = running a new wire circuit from the back of the car to the front of the cabin, thru three (3) multi-circuit connectors. Biggest PITAs = adding the Motorcraft connectors to the three multi-pin connector assemblies.

Forscan: two (2) now-known code mods in the BCM.

I have all the Ford part numbers - if members show interest I'll gin up a DIY thread.

See attached pix for what things look like with this mod.
