Recall on Windshield?

So I received the recall in the mail and scheduled the appointment. When I got to dealer they said they had no information on the recall and were waiting to hear. Has anyone had the recall performed and did you run into any problems ? Thanks….pj

You need to call dealers to see if they can do the work first. Most do not have body shops and have to contract it out. If you know a dealer that has their own body shop, that's your best bet. My dealer, that has a body shop, has done a few and said they went smoothly. They said it only takes a day to complete. It will probably be longer if they're contracting it out as the dealer has to then calibrate the sensors, etc.
