Took my Mach e into fords uk for the 5th time as I have excuses after excuses why the car won’t accept the update and recalls, it’s now going to be in fords for 4 weeks to where they are saying they have to get a ford engineer out to the ford dealership to try and sort it, the service and hassle has been off the scale bad, the car itself drives amazing with no issues, but these update recalls just seem to not want to communicate with the car. No idea what’s going to happen? As ford technical team have been back and fourth time and time again to the dealer with no success
is anyone else having the same issues
