1. CMR was updated but FDRS still reports an older version. This may keep BlueCruise from activating as the version number is not at or newer than what others have reported. DSP should have been updated in 21P22 but an earlier instruction sheet didn't include it on the list. HVAC and GSM would have only been updated if they wanted to be nice.2. My neck still hurts from the drive back because the deceleration now is very harsh once you take your off the accelerator. Is that expected behavior?
- Just picked up the car, exactly 1 week later than planned. The service manager said all updates from 21p22 and 21g01 have been applied and that they tested blue cruise. I was able to track what they were doing thanks to @WyldStallyn who graciously kept me posted. His FDRS still showed the below updates as not installed but the dealer said they installed everything that was showing up in their system. Not sure where the discrepancy is?
3. Also, I don't see blue cruise. I had to re-activate the vehicle and re-connect PAAK and re-activate connected services. But I don't see an option for Blue Cruise. Any suggestions?
4. The current SYNC version is 22095 revision 421. At the bottom of that "About SYNC" page it says "Hands-Free Driving Mode available through 10-09-2022". Is that Blue Cruise? And should it not be a longer trial period?
2. Seems to be a common report but I have a Job 2 so I don't know. There are some threads about this.
3. They did a full system reset in addition to the hard resets. Make sure you have activated BlueCruise on the Ford website and you can check using the Ford procedure:
4. This is correct. Before 10-09-2022 they will send an OTA to extend the date. Seems to be six month intervals.
