Red Car with Exclamation Point Symbol

[Rookie]

Open car door and stated car with my phone.
After driving a mile or so got a Red Car symbol with exclamation on dashboard.
Then received a 'no key' notice

Drove home (backed into the garage in case I needed a tow).

One hour later started the car with phone again. Drove about a mile then returned to the house. Red car symbol did not reappear.

My MMe Premium has 12,000 miles.
Two weeks ago finished a 1900 mile trip with no problems.
My HVJB recall was serviced by Ford dealer 4 months ago.

Anyone have a similar experience.... anyone?

Not sure about that red car with ! symbol...

I get the "no key detected" message regularly when driving with phone as a key. Seems to happen more in summer than winter, so maybe a heat-saving function in the phone? I often have to turn my Pixel 7 Pro's Bluetooth off and on to get it working again next time I walk up to the vehicle, or even if I just place the car in Park for a moment (e.g. while picking up my mail).

The red car is "Stop safely now". It may or maynot clear on it's own. Could be 12v related, could be HVJB related. Could be HV battery related. For the life of me I can't find Mach-Lee's post on what to try for this.

Smart decision. Everyone should remember that the only way to tow this car is from the front.
