Is it that nobody wants it because it got a lot of bad publicity lately as part of EV naysaying at large to exacerbate the issue?

Regardless of the inventory and plummeting prices for MME’s in the used market, my GT still drives great, its a lot of fun and gave me not a single issue after 2+ years of ownership. If I had a crystal ball in 2021, I’d still have bought mine. Hope most of you are enjoying yours as I do mine. After all, it’s only money….

A lot of new models are like that.
The first couple of years they are really in demand, and dealers put a bunch of markup on them. Then things go back to normal. Corvette is like that for every new model.

There are also a lot more options now than there were when the MME launched. It wasn't that long ago when if you wanted a not-a-Tesla EV crossover, the MME was pretty much the only choice other than a much more expensive Audi or Jag. Now there are options from Chevy, Nissan, Kia/Hyundai, Volvo, VW...

I'm pretty sure overall EV sales are still increasing, but each individual model's sales are decreasing as more options hit the market.

Nah.

That didn’t hurt Model Y sales this year at all.

I think it’s just a combo of supply chains catching up and huge price cuts on the biggest competitor- the Model Y.

Lots would fill up with F150s if Chevy cut the price of Silverados by $22,500 too.
