thanks for the suggestion. I don't have an update available in the App Store.So I may have posted this elsewhere. I got on a call with a FordPass rep. She had me bring up FordPass in the App Store. I told her I showed up to date. She had me tap on the icon for the app and an update started. Never experienced this before. Then went to the car turned off connectivity, shut car down, opened door, turn back on and toggle connectivity back on. Everything working now.
