So I may have posted this elsewhere. I got on a call with a FordPass rep. She had me bring up FordPass in the App Store. I told her I showed up to date. She had me tap on the icon for the app and an update started. Never experienced this before. Then went to the car turned off connectivity, shut car down, opened door, turn back on and toggle connectivity back on. Everything working now.
thanks for the suggestion. I don't have an update available in the App Store.

thanks for the suggestion. I don't have an update available in the App Store.
Are you on 5.10.0? Also if you are follow the steps I took. I will say it takes a bit of time for the car to actually start

Still on 5.9. Went to the app store, searched for FordPass, only options are uninstall and open. Clicked on Ford logo and FordPass name, nothing. I think maybe 5.10 was released and has been pulled because of bugs being reported in other thread.

An hour ago it still wasn't working. I just tried again and it worked. Why Ford?

Mine hasn't been working for the last week or so but looks like it just started working again.

The app has also been failing to update the location or state of the car, saying the vehicle is on when it's been parked for hours. The connected services icon in the car has also been intermittent (more off than on) lately. I attributed it to some server issues on the Ford side. Hopefully the fact that it seems to be working again means they have resolved the issues.
