I think this one is good. It can be hard to quickly find the buttons in the dark.

I just put a glow-in-the-dark sticker on the middle button and called it a day....
I just push like a drunken fool while saying, damnit which one again. *For some reason every time I get a car I use a different button position. I could be doing it just to drive my wife crazy.

I have a 2025 MME and the sticker removal was a little different than what is discribed above. My stickers were more vinyl and did not leave a messy sticky backing on the visor. I used my wifey's hair dryer and slowly, slowly peeled the sticker off. It left very little residue. I used and strongly recommend CRL General Purpose Solvent and Adhesive Cleaner. I use it for many tasks. Works great.
