Is this a difficult thing to do on this car for someone that’s familiar doing it on other vehicles? My service tech told me a certified EV tech has to do all work because even the brakes require EV specialized knowledge. I don’t know how true that is because the service person wasn’t very trustworthy to begin with…

I've seen nothing to suggest this is any different a process on our cars.

No, doesn't require EV certification to work on brakes. Just need to put it into service mode first, which is nothing new.
