Reservation/Order Not Processing

I went to the Ford website to initiate my Mach-E reservation/order. After configuring the Mach-E and selecting the dealer I was prompted to enter and then verify my email and select a password.

After selecting the password it its trying to open a page called "Your Details" for address and phone number information. This page is not loading and I am receiving a "We’re Sorry. An error occurred. Please try again" message. I am not able to reload the page. Anyone encounter this before?

Two options:
1) Servers misbehave all the time. You may have more luck in an hour.
2) Some of Ford's ordering systems have had issues with certain system/browser configurations. Try a different browser.

2) Some of Ford's ordering systems have had issues with certain system/browser configurations. Try a different browser.

I initially tried on Firefox, but copied and pasted links to Chrome and Edge. Could be it didn't like the copy/paste.

Can I assume that the build I did has been lost and I won't be duplicating anything by trying again later today?

Maybe, maybe not. It's impossible to say without knowing a lot more about their system.

Good news: It's not like you had a lot of choices to make.

Supposedly Ford is not taking any more reservations by dealers as of Feb 11. Your issue does appear to be a glitch but surely the on line ordering will also be halted (if this is true.)
