ha, created a new account to try this and got a reset password email just now (1.5 hours after). looks like this won't be a viable option for ev.energy.

ev.energy uses smartcar as well, smartcar advertises this on their website Energy & utilities · Industries · Smartcar.

Recurrent has been an issue in that regard for several years, I'm surprised Ford has taken this long to take official action against them.

Ford didn’t wait this long. They started cracking down in 2021. See the original thread on this topic:
