Honestly this looks like a scam to me. Who did you get this from and how did it arrive? Did you verify the links in the message? I hope you did not click on anything. You should instead go to Ford.com and log in to your account. Hopefully you still have access to it. Best of luck.

Thank you all for the feedback. It was an official email from Ford and I was logged out of Fordpass. Went to the Website and changed my password and was able to login to Fordpass. There is a separate thread about a security breach at Ford and that might have triggered this request. All is looking good now.

Seems fairly legit, but I did not get anything. If the instructions were something along the lines of "Click this link right here and re-enter your login/password to verify it is you", then be very very suspicious.

In the past when people have gotten that message it typically means a third party is accessing data on fordpass, this can be third party apps. Earlier this year I think we had a bunch of similar people getting locked out of their accounts because of it.
