Anyone have any ideas on how to roll back the online purchasing tool to a prior step, or have contacts at Ford that might help?

I went through the steps to purchase online a few weeks back, got to a point where I had built a deal that I was ok with, but then had the system forward the info to the dealer. There was a stop sale order on the car at the time, but fast forward to this week and the car is fixed and ready for sale. In the meantime, I've decided I won't be trading in my car and will put down a different amount of cash. So of course I ask the saleperson by email to please send me updated numbers.

And the replies have again been non-responsive to my questions. [vent] Previously I had to go back and forth over why the online calculator showed one thing and the numbers they gave me didn't match up, but eventually they got that figured out. This week, he simply asks for me to call, but then wasn't available when I did so I left a VM asking to just send an email with the numbers. He again replies by email asking me to call and offers to have their guy look at my car and see what they can do about the trade, which by this time I've already made it clear that is no longer on the table. So they're just ignoring what I'm asking for. [/vent]

Anyway, I'm so tired of dealing with this guy and dealer that I'd now like to see if I can just go with the online purchase tool to run my new deal parameters and maybe even actually make the purchase so I don't have to talk to anyone there at all, or at least minimize it as much as possible. But the system doesn't seem to have an option to roll back the process flow.
