I've looked and can't locate a control to lower the volume of the warning BING! It's really getting annoying.

Anyone know where it is?

Thanks.

Since this alert comes from the map software, and since Mach-E has different volume levels for different things (phone calls, music, nav instructions, ...), I wonder if you could lower the volume by doing this:

Tell the car to navigate somewhere.

The first time you notice the vehicle speaking an instruction, set the volume to where you'd like it.

Cancel navigation.

Drive by a school (to test the BING).

Not a bad idea.

You can also disable it entirely if you prefer. It’s an option in the navigation settings, accessed directly from the navigation page (as opposed to the settings page where most other Mach-E settings are located).

Yea, found that. I'd be great if they had a control for the volume of Bings, Boops and Bongs. I know someone who wears hearing aids and these would drive him nuts.

You got that earlier in the thread, adjusting the navigation voice volume. That should work.

I haven't tried that yet. Thanks. I'd be great if they put THAT in the manual, huh? (assuming it works)
