Screen dead. Car drives fine. Any ideas??

So my one month old GT hasn't had any problems until yesterday. Was backing up out of driveway and car smashed on brakes and gave alert that cross traffic was there. But there was nothing. Fast forward to today and car gave 1 pedal driving error and synch screen completely dead. Tried the reset and didn't help. Any ideas??

My screen went dead on the way to work and by the time i got off work it booted fine. Didn’t do reset. When backing out of my driveway I take park assist off since it’s sorta steep and car slams on brakes at bottom. I put it back on before putting it back into drive

Seriously there’s nothing you can do but just let the car reset by itself. Leaving it turned off for about 30 mins usually does the trick. I took mine multiple times to the dealer with videos and everything. Every time it’s, there’s no codes, it seems to boot up fine. Lol

Mine is still dead. Had to drive it to work this morning. Remote started car. When I got in seat heat on, steering wheel heat on and ice cold air out of vents. Modulated vent to keep my sweating back under control. No one pedal, blue cruise, etc. No radio, no nothin'. Gonna take it in tomorrow without appointment and raise hell.

I had to go to the dealer for this last week, except it was my cluster screen and not the sync. Which is obviously a problem. Mine still drove, and when the sunlight hit the screen you could tell the backlight was still off but the screen was working. In the meantime, my speedometer was completely dark. The night before, the backlight “whine” was behaving oddly, and was completely gone when the headlights were on, but would come back when I turned them off.

I tried everything to get the screen to come back, whole system hard resets, turning vehicle on-off, adjusting brightness, adjusting light switches, doing sync resets, locking and walking away from vehicle with key, nothing worked.

Dealer took 12V battery off the post, immediately came back. Haven’t had problems since.

@Ford Motor Company I submitted a customer complaint last week via my dealer for the same issue.

Mine is dead and think it's more then screen. No one pedal, no radio controls, phone doesn't charge when plugged into USB, nothing. Just blowing ice cold air out vents and it 9 degrees Fahrenheit outside. Good thing my 2019 raptor is broken in the shop too.

I thought about removing the power from 12v and reconnecting. Maybe I'll try that before I take it in.

Headlights were on this morning as I was driving in the dark.

I think @Mach-Lee meant to rotate the headlight switch from Auto to On, then back to Auto. That often clears up some of the screen funkiness (too dim, too bright, not on at all). ??
