You have a P0AA4 code for a stuck contactor. This means the HVBJB should be replaced again for the third time. What is your driving style like? Looks like you have 20,000 miles on it since the last time earlier this year, and you drive 30,000 miles per year?
Thank you for providing me that disappointing news. This is the third time as you mentioned in 70,000 miles. I drive mostly freeway, and I drive a fair bit as you noticed.

Mach-Lee, is this a lemon part for the Mach-e? This is the third failure on my car. Have you heard anything about if this is a persistent problem for the Mach-e or is my case uncommon?

Some owners have had more issues with it than others. Most people have been fine after a single replacement. You are in the small group that has had three failures. You may be able to request a buyback if it bothers you.

The Mach-e HVBJB appears to be a lemon part. I have a 2022 Mach-e, and I have now had my third failure of this part that requires replacement.... again. In trying to work with Ford to better understand this problem. Their "customer service" reached out to me, gathered my vehicle information and said they were going to help. Days later, they just said, "we recommend you work through a dealer". Ok, the same dealer who did not understand the problem, why it keeps happening, and not being supported by Ford to root cause this and resolve it for real? Passing the buck on this to a dealer who is not supported by the manufacturer is just setting them up to fail. I will continue to work to better understand what is happening and share any information that could be helpful to fellow Mach-e owners since we seem to be on our own on this one.
