Set XM listener notifications Sync 4 and MME

How to set Sirius radio listener notifications so I can be notified when my favorite artist is playing.
I go to listener settings, set notications, get message none set but no options to set.

Sorta like setting favorites?

There is a icon that looks like a bell. Touch that and then select Artist or Song Title.
Doesn't really matter though. That feature hasn't ever worked in Sync4A that I know of.
Was broken since day one. A shame too because I enjoyed that feature in Sync3.
Except for the time I selected the artist The Rolling Stones. I was getting notifications about every 10-15 seconds. They plan that band on all kinds of different stations. I think there is a Stones song playing somewhere every second of the day.

I sorta knew about the bell icon but when listening to a channel I don't see a bell. I see magnifying glass. people icon and "related" button but no bell. Which XM screen to go to see bell? Listener settings??

Yes. weird isn't it? Bell is just no where to find.
