Shop.Ford tracker not working - cyclical or typical?

Yesterday morning the tracker was working, then yesterday afternoon and all day today it just clears the form after a second.

Is it down for everyone most of the time, or is it only occasionally? Has anyone noticed a correlation with any other activity? Maybe all the 3/28 build week folks are crushing the servers looking for window stickers?

Hasn't worked for me all day. Got the ship notice early this morning and was curious what the tracking might show. I'm in the 1-31 build date and waiting since then for shipping. Ordered a Premium RR EB.

It works for me maybe 1 out of 20 times trying. Usually it just reloads the login page.

It‘s pretty normal. Ford’s sites go down lfor periods of time sporadically. ??‍?

It is amazing that this is still an issue months after being notified of it, @Ford Motor Company.

No access to shop.ford.com tracker, but also noticed there is no longer a link to the Window Sticker in the normal ford.com "Reservations and Orders" listing, and the 360deg interior view button is no longer present .

I believe they removed those chips from the website to install in cars...

My Ford account has never shown my order, only the car in my garage. Without the tracker, I'm in the dark, jonesing so hard!

The forddirect windowsticker site used to give a pdf named pdf-404. Now it holds the VIN in the address, so it seems like they've changed some innerworking.

The site being old and busted isn't a bug - it's a feature!

Tues and Wed last week the order tracker didn't work for me - first nothing then I got in and it said "in production," then it wouldn't let me in, then it came back with "in production" on Wednesday. On Thursday I got my window sticker, had no issue getting into the tracker at any time.

Today, order tracker isn't working for my VIN. Theoretically my car gets built on Thursday.

One might wonder if difficulty accessing the tracker is indicative of something going on and an update coming through. At the very least, we could stop smashing refresh in frustration looking for any news, and instead smash it in anticipation of news on its way.

Tracker is back up for me this morning. No modules showing, no other changes. We'll see if it stays up, or if anything comes through as an update.

Tracker worked all day yesterday, showing an in production date of 3/30. Tracker worked this morning, and I had 1006 modules when I checked this morning.

Tracker isn't working as of a few minutes ago. If my theory on tracker outages is correct, I should be getting a "Built" email from Ford relatively soon.
