Cool video! Thanks for sharing this mod with us, Nick! ?
I think this is exterior mod kinda short of intakes and and engine mods so far for Mach Es…Thanks Borla
Do you think the ride would be even better on 19in wheels?Wheels and tires are my favorite mod. It's the first thing I do when I get a car. Like all mods, it personalizes the car but in this case it also improves the performance and ride. This wheel/tire setup is the same diameter as OEM but much wider and 12 lbs lighter. Signature Wheels SV706 fully forged in gloss black with polished face. 20"x9" ET33 front, 20"x10.5" ET47 rear. Tires are Michelin Pilot Sport 4 N0 Acoustic. 275/40/20 front, 315/35/20 rear.

Is that lit up and if so, how is it connected? and where did you get it?I’ll start. Replaced the boring GT with the pony.

I have a lit rear pony like that, which I got from the ev-vida store, but unfortunately, their listing for it is gone, so either they discontinued it, or they can't get it from their supplier anymore. You might look around and see what you can find, though. I think there were maybe some others available. Is that lit up and if so, how is it connected? and where did you get it?
Sounds interesting your car had a Mustang on the back mines a GT. I’ve never had that on the back, but I’ve looked around and I can’t find any myself.I have a lit rear pony like that, which I got from the ev-vida store, but unfortunately, their listing for it is gone, so either they discontinued it, or they can't get it from their supplier anymore. In the case of mine, it pulls power from the brake lights, so it is only lit when you're braking, otherwise, it looks like the OEM pony. Installation was just a matter of removing the the covers from the inside of the liftgate, using an emblem removal tool for the OEM pony, putting the new one in, and putting its wiring clip in the original slot, and then plugging the brake lights wire into a pigtail coming off the new emblem, testing it, gluing the new one in place, and then zip tying, and putting everything back together. There was a youtube video from ev-vida that walked me through the steps.
LOL Mark is going the other way to 21s. ??Do you think the ride would be even better on 19in wheels?
Yeah, I looked at the kickstarter that was for a different one, I believe, but this would explain why it's missing:Sounds interesting your car had a Mustang on the back mines a GT. I’ve never had that on the back, but I’ve looked around and I can’t find any myself.
I replaced my GT with the pony. I like the pony better than the letters G T. ?Sounds interesting your car had a Mustang on the back mines a GT. I’ve never had that on the back, but I’ve looked around and I can’t find any myself.
Whoa $300?I replaced my GT with the pony. I like the pony better than the letters G T. ?
I also got mine EV-vida. But mine is wired to the rear light instead of brake light. It’s just moving one of the pins to always be hot when the lights are on.
They have a light up GT too.

Yeah, yikes! If I remember correctly, the pony one was only about $100 (when it was available).Whoa $300?
I am soon going to be installing an after market rear liftgate kick sensor, so I might take a look at doing that when I'm in there... Thanks for the hint!... mine is wired to the rear light instead of brake light. It’s just moving one of the pins to always be hot when the lights are on.
How hard was the install for this and what did it cost? I noticed that the Select comes with the buttons and capability for auto-lift so it was something I was going to attempt...Favorite mod: Auto Lift tailgate with hands free module.

My MME is a Select AWD. The kit was $699 and the Hands Free Foot Module was $99. The most difficult part of the job was getting the wires through the two rubber grommets at the front of the tailgate opening. The next worst part was that the directions were wrong. I suggest you contact Simon at EV-Vida to see if the directions have been revised. Simon was very helpful and assisted me in over coming the poor instructions. The tailgate module is marked and the plugs from the various components will only plug in to specific holes. Watch Simon's video about how to install the foot module and you'll see the basics of where to start when installing the automatic liftgate kit. If you do get the kit and you need any help I'll be happy to tell you what I did.How hard was the install for this and what did it cost?
