Simple solution to malicious plug disconnect

I've read occasionally that someone found that their car had been disconnect from the charger. I've just come back from a 15 day trip to Italy where I rented an Alfa Romeo Junior. In that car you cannot disconnect the plug unless the car is unlocked. As a matter of fact the manual specifies that if you still cannot disconnect, lock the car and unlock it. Simple, but effective.

Yes, the MME always locked the charging cable for L2 and DCFC here in Europe.
