Sirius XM Not Loading

Is anybody having the issue where some of the Sirius XM channels aren't loading?

It started happening on my car after the most recent UI update. Plays fine, but then after a few key cycles I will try to play certain channels and will get a low bandwidth message or a "loading" message. Key cycles won't correct the error, but it immediately goes away after a Sync reset only to return after a few more key cycles.

I was issues with the presets not being saved for the stations received via cell. With the most recent update those stations are now gone.

I got the 4.1.2 update today and now I can't change stations in Sirius. They all show up but my preset buttons have no effect and the same station keeps playing. Has anyone else seen this?

Have your tried a Sync reboot?

Thank you. I did a screen reset and now Sirius is working fine. The user manual has disappeared but that seems to be the only problem now.

That’s normal with the 4.1.2 update.

It's very odd that Ford would allow that as we don't have a paper manual.

Yes, I have that on my Kindle. I'm a new owner so I'm still learning and do refer to the manual. I'll stick the Kindle in the glove box.
