Just updated to 6.1.0 fast charging at an EA station, car will only pull 35kW. Tried multiple charges. Not sure what's going on. Even used the preconditioning by putting the charger in as my destination.

That's usually a problem with the EA station. Failed cable temp sensor.

Some EA stations have failures on multiple cables.

Check plugshare for recent reviews on the EA charger before you go.
The ones near me have been placed into maintenance mode and will only do 30-40kW. Not sure if that’s actually a maintenance issue, or they’re just losing money at that station and trying to stem the losses.
The likelihood of 4 stations / cables failing simultaneously seems rare, which suggests it’s more of a cost control decision.

Have you used EA? 4 failed simultaneously not a stretch at all. 4 working? Even less likely.

what was your state-of-charge when you were attempting DCFC ?
If you were already over 80%, the charge rate is reduced on purpose....

I'm not sure the exact % where the limit kicks in as I have yet to try a 'real' DCFC, or what is gets clamped down to, but maybe someone else can chime in with specifics?

I was well below the charging cliff threshold. I think I plugged in at 30 percent.
