At the dealership now. The sales manager opens Smart Vincent, but "it only shows the current incentives".
Is there an advise I can give the manager to help them figure out how to pull the incentives at the date the order was placed?

Thank you!

OK, the manager has found it - without my help! All the same, thanks @shanky2008 !

While I was waiting, however, I logged into my Ford account and found this:

Now need to calculate what's better over 4 years:
2.459%
or
3.9% with $2000 discount.

One thing I'm still missing is that 'Your Estimated Pre-Tax Price' is $42,865, which is much less than $51,365-$2000.

Taking a break until tomorrow morning to let this sink in.

The decision might not boil down to a simple calculation since there are things on Ford Options like the option to turn in the vehicle after 3 or 4 years with a prearranged 'value'... Maybe that won't be your best option at year 3 or 4, but what if it is?

You'll have to plug in a bunch of numbers related to your deal, but if you have the time to dig into it, you might find some clarity from my spreadsheet:

Yeah that's weird. The only sense I could make of this is that it's the cost of a 2022 Select RWD with no options... There's a caveat at the top where it says "(Vehicle Only)" so maybe it's just giving rough pricing from the base price for that trim, ignorant of any factory options you may have ordered. Seems lame and even misleading, if true.

If you're actual order should be $51,365, then I'm assuming you ordered all wheel drive and some other options. In that case, be aware that the balloon amount will be significantly higher due to Ford Credit granting AWD a higher residual percentage than RWD, and because of the higher invoice price. The finance person at the dealer will pull up the correct figures.

Also something others did was to go with incentives finance package and then refinance right away at a lower interest rate.
