Thats a software bug most likely. Ford has notoriously bad software for most of their products. The Mach E being no exception. I feel like the software experience for their customers are very low on their priority list.

When I see the Ford app give me stupid looking numbers, I flick the app off of my iPhone and restart the app. Once restarted it's usually more likely right.
