Quick update after dealership visit.
They wound up performing a factory reset, and said this resolved lol the codes and communication problems. After having to redo ford app (and all sync settings), the ford app now shows a completed software update (10.1.1) and release notes. The same info is present on the ford website. However there is still no software update page/menu in sync itself, nor was there a message when I started the car this morning (or yesterday).
So not sure where to do next. I have an appointment with another dealer over the weekend, but I’m not sure it’s worth the effort. Each service has been about 3 hrs so far. The car works fine otherwise.
I did run forscan and saw the same DTCs but not sure if they old or new.
