If anyone is in the Chapel Hill Durham area and willing to loan a Tesla top I would be greatly appreciative. Despite calling the hotel and confirming their availability of chargers they have 4 Tesla chargers and nothing else….. can return it Sunday.

1. Should maybe post this in the regional forum.
2. Doesn't help now, but you should probably buy one for yourself in case you run into this situation again.
3. In the short term, I think you'd be better off looking for a L2 charger or 14-50 outlet on plugshare.com and charging there long enough to get to a DC fast charger. Turn on residential and restricted chargers if it's an emergency.
4. If you're new to EV's remember you have to plan your route beforehand and make sure there is a charger that fits your car near your destination.

Check on Plugshare rather than asking, most employees have no clue when it comes to knowing charger types.
