Spanner symbol... car won't charge

Wonder if anyone has experienced this.... message on app says: 'Powertrain malfunction / Reduced power'... and of course it happens at an Easter weekend...
Apart from booking it in next week, any ideas? Thanks (NB Car is RWD Ext range)

Shut off the car, lock it and wait 15 minuten, then try again?

Yes... just been out for test. All seems fine... apart from not charging!

UPDATE: Software glitch... Dealer updated software... car seems fine and takes a charge. ALSO... am now getting increased range. 387 on display (highest up until that point was 363)

Most concerns are fixed with software updates.
The range will be better because it resets driver history......but updates should improve it anyway.
