Spare key does not work after the second revision

Hello friends. After the second revision of my car, Mach -E GT 2023 , the spare key doesn't work. I've already changed its battery and it still doesn't work.

Hello friends. After the second revision of my car, Mach -E GT 2023 , the spare key doesn't work. I've already changed its battery and it still doesn't work.

Try putting it in the fob reader in the center console. The buttons should be facing forward and (I think) the larger round part down. See if the car will read it then (as in start up). Then take it to the dealer after all that anyway, it may still be under warranty.

Thanks for the tip. But I've already tried to do it and it didn't work. Since the nearest dealership is 2h from my house, I'm trying to solve it right here. But apparently I'll have to go back to Ford

Don't know what a revision is, maybe a software update?

Questions:

1) Did it come with 2 working keys from Ford?

2) Both keys worked until recently, now one does not?

3) How was this "revision" done?

Hello. Yes, both keys worked normally where the review is. It was the second revision of two years.
